My career hasn't been a straight path through a single industry.
Starting my career in media, I have worked in tourism, events, video production, marketing, and luxury tourism.
And then I moved into international business. Before I knew it, I had traveled through various industries.
At the heart of her journey lies the experience of raising children as a single mother.
"First and foremost, I need to work and protect my family."
With that in mind, I have jumped into places where my experience and value were needed, and have dedicated myself wholeheartedly to the work in front of me.
Of course, the journey was by no means smooth.
There were times when we were bewildered by an environment that was different from our ideals, and we chose to go our separate ways for the sake of each other's future. There was also a time when, after spending New Year's Eve talking with colleagues about the future and promising to "work hard together," we were informed the day after that the company had gone bankrupt.
Each time, I kept asking myself, "Does this experience have any meaning?" and "Where am I headed?"
But looking back now, it all seems to be connected by a single thread.
Knowledge and experience cultivated in different industries, time spent interacting with people from diverse backgrounds, and countless challenges, including both successes and failures.
Each of these experiences fostered a deep understanding of the other party's perspective, culture, and values, allowing us to grasp feelings that couldn't be conveyed through words alone, and ultimately becoming a force for connecting different countries, companies, and people.
I believe that what's truly important in business isn't "communicating correctly," but rather "understanding each other and building trust."
